… to help patients learn and understand from their stories, how to move beyond what their past might have dictated, and how to not let it define them. The work can be hard – but rewarding – as old traumas are healed, and practical strategies to face the rigors of life are implemented.
All patients start with a free 20 minute introductory session. If the fit is good, then 50 minute sessions will follow.
